Dr. Alykhan Lalani

About Me
Dr. Alykhan Lalani is a vascular surgeon with Vascular Surgical Associates, where he has practiced since 2021. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Lalani completed his integrated vascular surgery residency at LSU New Orleans and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University. He also holds a Master of Science in Applied & Environmental Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Georgia State University. During his training, he was named LSU Vascular Surgery Resident of the Year and received the LSU Department of Surgery Award for Excellence in Teaching Medical Students, among other honors.
Dr. Lalani has a special interest in limb salvage, serving as Medical Director for the Wellstar Kennestone Wound Treatment Center, as well as carotid disease, aortic aneurysms, venous disease and complex dialysis access work. He speaks English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Lalani enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
